AGENCIES, Agra: United States President Donald Trump’s began his maiden two-day India visit on Monday with a stop at Ahmedabad. His next destination was Agra, home to the majestic monument of love, the Taj Mahal.
Trump flew to Agra where he and the First Lady Melania Trump spent about an hour at the Taj Mahal before sunset.
Writing in the visitors’ book at the monument, Trump said, “The Taj Mahal inspires awe, a timeless testament to the rich and diverse beauty of Indian culture.”
President Trump’s daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner also looked around the Taj Mahal and posed for photos.
