BH CORRESPONDENT, Mumbai: In following the orders of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Telegana’s Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to have gotten a tad bit zealous. To get his people in line and follow the lockdown, he urged them to follow instructions and not prompt him to take drastic steps such as total curfew, bringing in the Army to control law and order and even issue shoot at sight orders.
Now this seems to have not gone down well with some people, including The Zoya Factor actor Sonam Kapoor. She took to Twitter to question whether the CM’s open threat to take drastic steps including taking lives is right. Her tweet read, “I’m confused.. is this normal?”

While a lot of people may agree with her in the sense that such steps may seem too harsh as reports of police excess tumble down, including an alleged death in West Bengal when a 32-year-old man died after being lathi-charged, some users tried to clear her confusion by explaining to her that the CM was merely trying to get the people to follow the lockdown for everyone’s safety.
