BH CORRESPONDENT, New Delhi: Any kind of stories are immensely popular with Indians, especially if they are from mythology. After telecasting old hit television serials from the 1980s and 90s like Ramayana and Mahabharata, Doordarshan National is now going to telecast Shri Krishna based on the life of the Hindu god Krishna.
While a rumour was doing the rounds that this could be happening, Prasar Bharati made it official by posting on their Twitter page that the serial would indeed be making a comeback to the silver screen during the lockdown period to light up the lives of the audiences countrywide with some entertainment mixed with devotion. “Coming Soon! #ShriKrishna on @DDNational. #StayHome,” tweeted Prasar Bharati’s official handle.
