BH CORRESPONDENT, Mumbai: In a historic move, the ‘I for India’ concert was met with an unprecedented response by millions of people across the globe to raise funds for COVID-19 frontline warriors. Held live on Sunday on Facebook, this virtual concert witnessed 85 Bollywood and global stars on one platform to raise funds for those affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
Shah Rukh Khan, who was more than happy to be a part of this noble initiative, urged everyone to contribute in whatever capacity they could. The superstar pulled off an interesting and engaging conversation with his ardent fans by singing Sab Sahi Ho Jayega (composed by Badshah and penned by Sainee Raj) – a song about hope, compassion and love.
SRK adorable act with his son AbRam was loved and appreciated by one and all, bringing a magical end to the eventful evening.
SRK’s song is about beating the lockdown blues. From getting tired of singing Bella Ciao (from the popular Netflix show Money Heist) to spending days making khayali pulao and thinking over what came first, chicken or eggs?, the song had a lot of interesting lyrics. Then, it talked about getting the six packs back into the market and how days will come when stadiums will be packed again with cricket fans. And then line ended with an enthusiastic, “Sab Sahi Ho Jayega.” Then, there are some crazy, fun dance moves of the father with AbRam.
Near the end of the video, one can hear AbRam telling SRK, “Papa, enough now. Let’s go,” SRK makes a joke on himself and says and amid lockdown, people will now have to listen to him sing. “Ab bhai, lockdown mein mujhe gaate hue bhi jhelna padhega.” AbRam is heard saying, “Papa enough now!’ Par sab sahi ho jaayega!”
