BH CORRESPONDENT, Mumbai: Virat Kohli had his first net session in almost five months, and the skipper of Royal Challengers Bangalore was happy with the practice. Kohli’s RCB had their first nets session on Friday at the ICC Cricket Academy in Dubai ahead of the IPL edition.
“Been 5 months since the last time I stepped onto the field. Felt like 6 days when I got into the nets Smiling face with open mouth. Great first session with the boys Fisted hand @RCBTweets,” Virat tweeted along with photographs from the session with the boys.

RCB did not fare well in the earlier editions of the IPL. In 2009 and 2016, the team reached the final but finished runner-up.
Meanwhile, it’s good news at Kohli kingdom with the Indian cricket captain announcing that he will become a father in the month of January 2021. Recently, his wife-actress Anushka Sharma and he took to social media to share the news.
