BH CORRESPONDENT, New Delhi: No chief ministers and political leaders from other states have been invited to Arvind Kejriwal’s third oath-taking ceremony on Sunday ie February 16, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said on Thursday. But then AAP has extended a special invitation to the “Baby Mufflerman”.
Now, don’t tell us you don’t know him. Well, ever since Kejriwal trounced BJP after his landslide victory in Delhi assembly election, the photograph of a baby dressed as Kejriwal in AAP’s chief trademark winter gear ‘muffler’ went viral on social media. And the netizens can’t seem to get enough of Kejriwal’s lookalike.
In fact, the official handle of AAP took to Twitter to share the kid’s photograph and called him “Baby Mufflerman and junior.” On Friday, AAP tweeted that they have a ‘big announcement’. “Baby Mufflerman is invited to the swearing in ceremony of @ArvindKejriwal on 16th Feb. Suit up Junior!,” the official tweet from AAP read.
As soon as AAP tweeted, the post went viral. Comments like “Chhotu hero,” “Star of the day” and “He should be in your DP or cover image” made the “baby mufflerman” the current heartthrob of the country.
Meanwhile, AAP’s Delhi unit convener Gopal Rai told news agency PTI on Thursday, “No chief minister or political leader from other states will be invited for the ceremony that is going to be specific to Delhi.”
Kejriwal will take oath in Ramlila Maidan as Delhi’s chief minister on February 16.
