BH CORRESPONDENT, Mumbai: In the fight against coronavirus, a number of Bollywood actors have come forward to make contributions to the PM-CARES Fund and chief minister emergency relief fund. In fact, Akshay Kumar was one of the first Bollywood actors to done Rs 25 crore to the PM-CARES Fund. With each passing day, more actors like Varun Dhawan, Vicky Kaushal, Randeep Hooda, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shah Rukh Khan and others.
And on Tuesday, Bollywood film critic trade analyst took to his Twitter handle to announce that Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan has also donated to the PM-CARES Fund. That’s not all. Aamir has also contributed to Maharashtra chief minister emergency relief fund and has also extended support to the daily wage workers involved in his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha, which is a remake of Hollywood blockbuster Forrest Gump.
However, Aamir hasn’t not posted anything in this regard on his social media handles and the amount is also not disclosed.
